  • 2 oz Cupcake Vineyards Cava
  • 1 oz egg whites or egg white substitute Ice, shaker, and strainer
  • Rainbow cereal, lemon twist

Directions

  1. Combine guava juice, gin, and egg whites or egg white substitute in a shaker
  2. Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass over ice
  3. Top with Cupcake Cava
  4. Garnish with a shaken rainbow cereal and a lemon twist
