Ingredients & Tools
- 1 oz gin
- 2 oz guava juice
- 2 oz Cupcake Vineyards Cava
- 1 oz egg whites or egg white substitute Ice, shaker, and strainer
- Rainbow cereal, lemon twist
Directions
- Combine guava juice, gin, and egg whites or egg white substitute in a shaker
- Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass over ice
- Top with Cupcake Cava
- Garnish with a shaken rainbow cereal and a lemon twist
