Ingredients & Tools

  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Splash of grenadine
  • 3 oz Cupcake Vineyards Prosecco
  • Ice, shaker, and strainer
  • Cherry, pineapple, and pineapple stem

Directions

  1. Add coconut rum and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
  2. Strain into a glass and top with Cupcake Prosecco
  3. Add grenadine down the side of the glass
  4. Garnish with a pineapple, cherry, and pineapple stem
