Ruby Red Spritz
- 1 oz Dry gin
- 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- .5 oz Campari
- 3 oz Sparkling Rosé (chilled)
- Fresh thyme & sliced grapefruit
- Pour gin, fresh grapefruit juice, campari and ice into a cocktail mixer, stir until cold.
- Strain into a glass and top with chilled sparkling rosé.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and sliced grapefruit.
