Grilled Salmon with Charred Ponzu Garlic Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 ½ lb pieces of salmon
- Pinch of both salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 garlic cloves- minced
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
Directions
- Turn the oven to broil and allow to heat.
- Meanwhile, toss green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper and lay across a large foil lined baking sheet.
- Cook under the broiler for 4-5 minutes, stirring often.
- Once beans are tender and crispy, take them out of the oven and put them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the 2 minced garlic cloves and ponzu.
- Mix to combine and set aside while you cook the salmon.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Rinse and pat dry salmon, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl mix together dijon and grain mustards and smear over the top and sides of the salmon filets.
- Place salmon onto a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes (for medium, longer for more well done).
- Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!
