The Grapefruit Mimosarita
This cocktail pairs well with an avocado toast flight
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave
- 3 oz Cupcake Vineyards Sparkling Rosé
- 1 oz tequila
- Ice, shaker, and strainer
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Sliced grapefruit and a lime wheel
Directions
- Rim your margarita glasses with salt & fill glass with ice
- Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and tequila to shaker with ice
- Shake until cold, then strain into glass
- Top with Cupcake Sparkling Rosé
- Garnish with slice of grapefruit and a lime wheel
