Plum & Thyme Spritzer
Fall for the changing season by making our Cupcake Vineyards Plum & Thyme Spritzer.
- 2 plums
- 6 sprigs of thyme
- 1 lemon
- 2 mini bottles Cupcake Vineyards Prosecco
- First, peel and chop two plums, muddling them with 6 sprigs of thyme and the juice from one lemon until the juices from the plums have been released.
- In a cocktail shaker, shake the mixture with ice.
- Pour over crushed ice evenly between two glasses.
- Top off with Cupcake Vineyards Prosecco, garnishing with extra plum slices and sprigs of thyme.
