Cupcake Vineyards Rosemary Pear Fizz

Prep

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 3 oz. pear juice
  • 3 oz. Cupcake Chardonnay
  • Lemon club soda
  • 1 sprig rosemary, for garnish
  • Sliced pear, for garnish

Make

  1. Into a mixing glass, add pear juice, gin, and Chardonnay.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Strain into a drinking glass.
  4. Top with lemon club soda.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and sliced pear.
